Coinciding with the 60th Anniversary of Lembaga Demografi FEB UI (LD FEB UI), LD FEB UI will embark on a strategic partnership with the Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI).
This collaboration aims to conduct Costing Analysis and Economic Research to Strengthen Investment in Civil Registration, Vital Statistics, and Identity Management (CRVSID) Systems in Indonesia.
This partnership is expected to make a significant contribution to strengthening civil registration, vital statistics, and identity management systems in Indonesia. The primary focus of this initiative is to perform cost analysis and economic research to promote increased investment in CRVSID systems, which are critical components for managing accurate and sustainable demographic data.
The partnership will also highlight the importance of robust CRVSID systems in supporting various aspects of development, including public policy planning, health, and social welfare. Improved systems are anticipated to generate more accurate data, facilitating sound decision-making across multiple sectors.
This initiative not only represents a crucial step for LD FEB UI in expanding the reach and impact of demographic research, but it also aligns with global efforts to strengthen civil registration and vital statistics systems to achieve sustainable development goals.
